Warranty
Our Warranty
1-Year Warranty
We stand behind the quality of every pair of sunglasses we make.
All our sunglasses come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing and material defects, giving you peace of mind that your sunglasses are made to the standard you expect from us.
Our warranty begins from the date of purchase and applies to the original purchaser.
What Our Warranty Covers
Our warranty covers genuine manufacturing or material defects that occur during normal use.
This may include issues such as:
- Defective hinges or frame components
- Manufacturing faults in the frame
- Premature failure of frame materials
- Defects in lens construction or coatings caused by a manufacturing fault
- Other faults that are determined to have occurred during the manufacturing process
If your sunglasses develop a fault that you believe is covered by our warranty, please get in touch with our customer care team. We'll assess the issue and, where the fault is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we'll work with you on an appropriate solution.
What Our Warranty Doesn't Cover
Our warranty covers manufacturing faults — not damage caused by everyday use, accidents or improper care.
The following are not covered:
- Scratches, marks or general wear to the lenses
- Scratches, scuffs or cosmetic damage to the frame
- Damage caused by dropping, crushing or impact
- Damage caused by accidents or misuse
- Damage caused by improper storage or care
- Damage caused by exposure to chemicals, solvents or harsh cleaning products
- Normal fading or deterioration resulting from use
- Damage caused by modifications or repairs not carried out by us
- Loss or theft of your sunglasses
- General wear and tear
In particular, scratched lenses are considered normal wear and tear and are not covered under our warranty.
How to Make a Warranty Claim

We're happy to help.
Please contact us with:

Look After Your Sunglasses
A little care goes a long way.
To keep your sunglasses looking their best, we recommend storing them in their protective case when not in use, cleaning the lenses with a clean microfibre cloth and avoiding harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
Treat them well, and they'll be ready for wherever you're heading next.
A Note on Your Consumer Rights
This warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
